Recently I am facing some problems while shutting down my
WINDOWS HOME PREMIEUM OS Administrator account for every
time shutting down A Dialog BOX is opening showing that
**Still Group Manager.e programming is running was not
closed** Click to FORCE SHUT DOWN What is this error
means , How can i remove this error...
// While shutting down in GUEST account it is closing
normally.
Does any one having any idea to solve this issue PLS give
your valuable replies/Answers...

I think you should check through task manager to identify the program. Then uninstall it if it is not necessary. In my opinion the program installed for only administrator use and
that is why it doesn't run on guest account. On the other hand if the software is necessary make some change from setting/tools.
