frame size= 200000 bits
bandwidth= 8 kbps
Solution:
1kb= 1024 bits
8kb= 8 x 1024= 8192 bits
So,
formula: time= frame size/bandwidth speed
time taken= 200000 bits/ 8192 bits/seconds ==> 24.414 seconds (Answer)
