THE RISE IN THE LOCAL DELIVERY QUEUE GENERALLY MEANS THE
INTERNAL MAILS TRAFFIC ARE MUCH OR IF THE TRAFFIC IS NOT
MUCH THAN MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM WITH THE LOCAL DELIVERY
QUEUE BECUZ THE MAIL CANT DELEVER TO THE RECIPIENT, AND THE
RESULT IS DELAY IN RECEVING THE MESSAGES INTERNALLY, IF THE
PROBLEM CANT SLOVE IMMIDIGATLY THAN ATLAST THE MAIL STUCK
IN THE LOCAL QUEUE
