If printer prints junk characters then what is problem?

un install the printer driver, again reinstall it, if the
problem still continues, disconnect the printer from the
system, try for self test print, if it is o the problem is
with the driver s/w, othervise printer head is to be
reconditioned

its virus issue if the printer gives print in junk character

Unplug the cable (Lan\Usb)
remove all the command & reboot the printer & system both.
if the problem is come again .
if printer is connect through printer server then delet the
printer & reconnect it & restart the printer spooler
service on print server.
if the printer is connet localy then reinstall the printer
driver.
