i just recieved an i-20 form from a 2 year college do you
think i can get a visa with this form

yes u can get doesn,t matter u got 1 or 4 i20 u have to
join only 1 university then y u need 1 or 4 i20.the
selection of university when u do ,u do b4 applying
right.so dont think about many university but what ever u r
getting i20 that should have specal university that sutes u.

My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?
