You have to explain them in such way that your answer would
add an advantage for current position.
Example: Call center jobs
Strenths : I like chatting always with familys and freinds
and I never sit idle I do something when my eyes are open
Negative : negative point also shold tuurn in positive
I feel nervous when I don't complete my job on time
