call center is a one of the fastest growing industry,and
having a good oppertunities for proving our talent,also our
skills.It is an business organisation carrying customer
complaints and deal with him,there is not having an call
center/bpo the business market will be down and the business
people will faces more problems.so regarding my opinion call
center is an middle man in between the organisations
