web_reg_save_param()
web = webapplication(HTTP)
reg = Regestration
save = saving the next comming dynamic value into the
parameter name
param = parameter
The web_reg_save_param() function registers a request to
retrivew dynamic information from the downloaded page and
save it to the above mentoned parameter name.
