I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
