actually i know the answers for the questions asked in the
interview but still cant answer it ina proper manner .

It is simply because of the fear of getting rejected. You
can change that through meditaion. Try this. Get into a
dark room, light a candle and look into it for gaining
concentration.Do this for atlest 20 minutes. Practice this
daily. You ll never fear even to face audience in stage.
Remember this before going for an interview... You always
have a second option.
