I think Direct Tax means,'Any income accrued/received by
any 'Person')liable to pay directly to GOVT.'.
INDIRECT TAX: 'Any expenditure incurred/accrued on any
goods/services is eligile for tax by any 'PERSON'liable to
pay indirectly to GOVT.
