My B1 got rejected twice this year in gap of 2 months. Does AMCHAM(American Chamber of Commerce) also helps in any sense to get a visa?
I had a USA B1 Visa for 3 months validity but the trip was cancelled by employer due to some business reasons and I had not travel to US and visa got expired. Now, I again need to go to US and hence applying for B1 visa. Does this affect on my visa issuence
My self was appeared twice for US visa interview and authority has rejected without any reason disclose, my self was going for business purpose to see the my vessel loading and meeting with the suppliers and i was carring the invitation letter from my supplier but authority rejected & only say "sorry for this time" . Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way
