Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her passport and when we took to the regional passport office and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if so what are the procedures
I have done my B tech in civil engineering in 2005 and since then i m working in same profession as a designer as well as project manager.i wanted to go for higher studies in between but my finances did not allow me.SO now i Got admission from NDSU ,Fargo. Got my i-20 also. They did not require GRE but i gave and got less marks.I don't want to show Marks as its very less marks and can be negative effect....can I go without GRE marks..? Also for I-20, i showed 70% my finances and 30 percent my friend who is working in USA has shown as a sponsor...but now i have arranged the money from bank as a education loan.so will they accept that..?if not what document i have to show of my sponsor.

Hi This is Karthik, recently i attended the f1 visa interview with toefl 109. They suspected me as i was not written toefl. May be it is right. and they took my passport and Toefl score card. Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?
