HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated
I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? Please post the information soon if u have any.. Thanks in advance..
