no need of capital,job is performing a particular role.he
wont bear any loss in the company.fixed income in any
season and in any time.fixed working hours
business have to involve in all functions,stress,have to
bear whole loss,no fixed income,it mat vary from season to
season or time to time,invest capital,without knowing
return.no fixed working hours.
