VISA DOESN'T DEPNDS ON ONE THING.AND MOREOVEWR U HAD ONE

Hiii, I'm giving my f1 visa interview on December 4th,but the question is I already did my MBA and going for MS in accounts so what would be the best answer for that? Please help me on this.
I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate

I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?
