Its Very simple
Lets start with firmware :-
Firmware is a software deployed / installed in routers,
hardware devices, cmos ..etc in order to upgrade the version
or features of a particular product.
Based on the improvisation of the application it is a easy
way to upgrade the software .
Spyware :- Is a software which corrupts data sending
unnecessary packets from PC to out side network and vice
versa. Its some sort of virus programs which will occupy the
disk space as well as system resources.
I think now its clear .
