For any person motivation is the main factor which whould
make him work in an efficient manner.And that motivation
could be done my some rewards for doing good job,some
encouragements etc.Moreover an employees good work must be
acknowledged by his employer,which would definately boost
hime to work more harder to get more acknowledgements.
