Ans to question 1:Functional test cases are those which
describes the functionality of a product or an
application.For example:suppose there is login window
carrying a userid text box, password text box, and login
push button.The fuctionality of the userid text box is to
carry a valid user id as per user's requirement.Similar for
all the remaining.
Ansto question3: Yes, we can test an application without
front end. In an application where the tester doesnt have a
real front end that time they will be provided with dummy
screens for writing the test cases.
