Since only Abstract view of the s/w is given so we can't
describle much about the scenario. And more over narrating
a story is not a scenario. scenario is describing a
situation and possible activity incurred at that time.
scenario 1: Old customer is coming for service then .....
his past reocrds should be available like previously when
he has come for the service what are all the part has been
replaced total cost incurred at that time.
Scenario 2 : New customer is coming....
