For VB.Net, I get this error when I try to use a
TableAdapter.Update(datatable) method to insert/update a
table that has a CLOB field bound to a textbox and the
textbox value is "" or DBNull.

Solution:
Check for null or textbox.textlength=0 and either require a
value or set the value to something.
