Its a methodology which gives flexibility, adaptability to
provide productivity. Which is an empirical model. These
are iterative processes.
Agile has different methodologys:
1. Scrum -- its an iterative process and requirements
(backlogs) are prioritized and will be developed in 30days
(sprint).
2. XP -- writing use cases and then developing the code,
used for fast paced projects

We have one home page for a web application.It has so many components which are being tested by different teams. If one component testing get delayed but all other components testing is done, can we sign off testing for that home page? If no, what should be done?
