Don't say answer like the above. The person who interview
is not a stupid. Be careful and honest when you answer
this question. For example-

I would say my weekness has been the lack of planning in
the past. I would overcommit varient tasks, then not be
able to accomplish as I would like. Since I came to
realize that weekness I've taken steps to correct that
problem. For example I keep a pocket diary with me so that
I could plan my week or "to do" things. See how I planned
for this week....
