Hi Ramesh,
Just go to any of the books and prepare your self to give
prompt and rapid answer.
For eg: What is Training?
The answer should be like " for immediate requirement"
What is development?
The answer can be like " for future needs of the
organisation"
Many companies are in need of this kind of skills. Who can
immediately respond to the queries and giving them the JIST.
What ever book you follow prepare yourself to deliver like
this............. this is give you great amount of
confidence and you will see the result.........
let me kindly know wheather i have answered your question.
Thanks,
Gayathiri
