received and placed in a high volume.it is a area where
several csr are located to man a bank of telephones and
computer terminals and these agents are specially trained
how to quickly response on queries effectively that may
arise from customers.

there are two types in call centers;

a inbound call center is a place where you will be
receiving calls from customers.these types of call centers
are used mainly to answer customer queries

a outbound call center is a place where you will be
making calls to the prospected customers.these types of
call centers are usewd mainly for making sales
