Sevarity:
Sevarity means how instence is based on defects, it
is functionality based, TL will assign it, sevarity is
critical, major, mino.
Priority:
It determaine in the order in which defect should be
fixed, it is Time based, TL will assignit, priority is
High, Medium, Low.
