Reviews are the cross exmanination of document.The document
can be FS/SRS,Test Case/plan,design doc etc.
A review can be done by a peer or a higher level person.
After review reviewer enter comments and the person who
created the document does rework.

When usin qtp iam able to get the data from the database only in a single row that is if i have 2 columns in database,when using database output value , all the values in Database are transfered to a single row in QTP datatable.
