hi.I'm going to take my visa interview in august.I did not
complected my engineering in time..It took me
4years+6months,with more backlogs.I have a total of
105backlogs with 65% in B.E. GRE with 1020.TOEFL with 80.I
had my 10th & inter as 67% and 68%.Can anyone plz tell me
the convinencing answer for BACKLOGS TO VISA officer

completed my btech with 21 backlogs and 57% any possibility to get visa for US
I have completed my bachelor's in cse and now again I am going for masters in cs(no specialization) . What should i answer if VO asks me Why again ms in cs?

Hi my name is kamal from punjab.i aplied for student visa for usa and i got rejected because i was unable to answers about the credits and 2nd time i.e today i have attended the interview and i have answered everything but again my visa got refused and the counselor didn't told me any specific reason for the rejection moreover i asked them then she told me that i haven't shown the intention to study in usa.now i got very confused that should i take the date for third interview or not please suggest thanks in advance....plzzzzzzzzz

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? I need your advise on this. your response is highly appreciated.
HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
