The scenario is "while reviewing requirement docs(SRS)if u
find or feel any requirement is not meeting the client's
requirements" whom do you report?and what is your action?

dear padma first think that if u what all the documents are
provided for a tester to create test cases for testing is
the brs document is avialble for u as in some like our org
the srs document si provided only the bussiness
requirements are given through knpwledge sharing by the BA
on the first week or ten days training secssion. then srs or
use case document is provided later the we prepare the test
cases with test scenarios provided bty ther test lead or
some times we have to prepare both
after that this reviewed by the test laed with pm or tm if
there
and these test cases are aproved to test soi there is no
chance of reviewing the srs document with the brs document
byt a tester it is not there
so for every documet there is proper procedure
first learn the procedure. r u will bew far from the real
time as no company allows u to do these as these are said to
be gap analasis whish is done some one else other than
tester even a test lead is not responsible
first learn the sdlc properly before answereing this

Hello. I am not here to answer your question. I jus found a job as software QA engr. And i am totally new to software testing. So can someone pls help me in the following scenario? there is this registration screen, and it contain: One textbox called Nickname which only accept alphanumerical One textbox called Contact which only accept numerical, One textbox called Email which can be filled with alphanumerical and symbol and One button called Register now becos there is so many textboxes, where i can filled with alphabet, number, symbol, "just space", leading zeros, leading space. there will be lots of combination. can someone pls help.. i will be appreciated if u can post the test case of the scenario i mentioned.
