Off the job training imparts training provided in the class
rooms or in a trainning rooms where the mode of training
will be lectures or presentation .
The advantage of this training is that the participants can
directly intercat with the trainers and clarify their
doubts then and their itself.At the end of the training
they will be given the manulas which they can refer later
on..
