no of students playing only tt -> 40
no of students playing only badminton -> 40
no of students playing only cricket -> 37
No of students playing all the three -> 16
student playin TT + badminton -> 9
student playin TT + cricket -> 8
student playin cricket + badminton -> 9
hence total number of students is
40 + 40 + 37 + 16 + 9 + 8 + 9..
which is 164..
