I would like to share my(Me) and my wife(W) H1B Interview.
Interview Date: 28th Aug 2007
Place: Mumbai
It went like this.

Consulate: Hey Good Morning.
Me & W: Very good Morning to you.
Consulate: How are you doing.
Me & W: I am doing Good, thank you.
Consulate: Can I have you passport please?
Me: Sure.
Consulate: In which Company you are gonna work in US?
Me: "XYZ"
Consulate: How long you want to stay in US.
Me: I am gonna stay there for one year, and after that I
will come back to India.
Consulate: Who is your concern person from your company.
Me: "XYZ"
Consulate: Might ask some Project related question like
(Name of the Project, Roles, Designation, Technology,
etc...)
Consulate: Are you Married?
Me: Yes.
Consulate: When did you get Married?
Me: Its Exactly two Months.
Consulate: Oh Really, Congratulation.
Me: Thank you very much
Consulate:Do you love your wife?
Me: Yes, Very Much.
Consulate: Do you Love him (Husband)
W: ya I do and very much.
Consulate: What do you like most in your wife?
Me: Her Eyes
Consulate: What do you like most in your Husband.
W: He is very caring, helping, who always takes care of
mine and as a person he is really a perfect one.
Consulate: It Seems you are getting nervous, but she is
not. Is it?
Me: No I am okay. I am fine, I am not getting nervous.
Consulate: No you are.
Me: :) :)
Consulate: Thanks you very much, you will be receiving your
passport within 5 working days :).
Me & W: Thank You very much :).
It was I believe 7-8 mins of interview, and all set. You
can collect your passport on the same day from the VFS
office(Mumbai) or if not then it will be sent to you on
your address mentioned on DS/156-157 Document.

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
