One more addition to the above answer,
In V Model the testing is carried out in Parallel with
development team.
SRS -- UAT
HLD -- INTEGRATION TEST
LLD -- SYSTEM TEST
CODE --UNIT TEST
we involve from SRS stage like gathering and understanding the
Requirements -> preparing test strategy -> test plan ->test
cases->than execution and defect reporting.
