BPO or Call center means BUSSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING.In
to processes Inbound and Outbound.In inbound u will get
call from customer and u hv to sovel their problems.In out-
bound u hv to make calls to the customer,to give
information about product or bills etc
And i want to join call center because i want to make my
career in BPO sector.
