if at all the variable need to be used comonly in the
complete environment by the different system then one has to
declare them as environment variable.
Environmental Variable types:
1) User defined Internal
2) User defined External
3) Built-In

Client is able to provide budget..he want you to choose the automation tool for the web application? which one you will select ? QTP or Selenium ? what are the reasons?
