2 tier architecture:
It is client -server application. In this we will have
presentation and business layer in one system and database
layer in another system called thick client server...
If we have only presentation layer in one system and
business and database layer in another system then it is
called thin client server...
multi tier architecture:
In this we will have the presentation layer in one system,
business layer in another system and the database layer is
distributed to 'n' no. of systems depends on the database..
