web applications is a 3-tier or n-tier becoz
it has presentation layer(PL) buisness logic and database .
its a multi user since many users can interact same
application at same time.
client server is a 2-tier PL and buisness logic(code behind)
are clubbed together and database at other i.e server side
single user can access.
eg.if u install or download and run it
