I think the User Acceptance Test Plan is prepared at the
end. The user runs the test cases specified and
accepts/rejects the project on the basis of that.
In short, it is a final document for acceptance and closing
of the project. But i want to make sure the "TIMING" when it
is written.
Test Plan i think you are right, i.e. during the requirement
phase. But i need other people to share their views as well.
