IF THE ACCOUNTS HAVE NOT BEEN ADOPTED IN AGM, THE AUDITOR
HAS TO GIVE SUPERCEDING REPORT. THE SUPERCEDED REPORT
SHOULD CLEARLY MENTION WHY THERE WAS ANY CHANGE.BUT, HE
CANNOT WITHDRAW THE PREVIOUS REPORT.
