re testing:testing the build with multiple test data
regression testing:if the tester find any defect he /she
inform this defect to development team.developement team
fixes that bug, aagin send to the testing team for testing
again whether bug is fixed or not,or the newly developed
build giving any side affects to other modules or not.

Hi Friends, I have completed 3 rounds of an Interview with HR discussion also and got Offer letter from Cognizant, but after in 30 min they send one more email like Offer is on Hold, and its not valid... Could you please guide me any one , Can i expect Offer again from Cognizant or Can i drop the hopes ?.
There is only requirements document. You have 10 days and 8 resources to release the system.At the end of the 8th day u tell ur TL that system is ready for release. How will you proceed with the testing process or in other words what all approach you will follow once you get requirements
