im not looking for a filed change .im in the same field
but in the diffrent area to reach the my aim and goal.. i
can not wear same dress for a life long or can not eat same
idly vada for a line time. let me allow me to wear the
jeans and have chinnes food... because i need to know
what is there is other field,,, but i would say plz
think for a 23 hours 59min 59second and decide in last
moment of second which filed you can reach your
goal. all software engineers not be came infosys narayan
mutrhy. the person who selected is filed in his own
decision he can became a right person to be working in
all industry more over in his field... money will coming
behind of you.please do not go behind of money...im not
giving the lectutare. im telling the what i feel. i will
stand by what im saying.... 100 of peoples including HR
WIlL ASK why DO u want to join callcenter. but no body
ask there self why they joined callcenter.BECAUSE THEY DO
NOT KNOW WHAT IS CALL CENTER. they will select the
candidante who will answer for the question what they
learnt in HR TRAINGING CENTER, but they not look behind of
the candidante talent or him or her dream.....effort is
the main base of wining the life. so give them chance
to work with your industry. pull them knwoladge and give
trainging and make them to reach there goal. MTI or
COMMINICATION IS NOT aimportant to get a job in call
center, we can learn once we go inside the company also.

The questions asked were: Tell me more about yourself. What are ur expectations from the job? Describe success in terms of job? What is ur ideal job? Are u comfortable to work in night shifts? Sometimes a person younger to u might be in a better position. Are u comfortable taking directions from him? What is ur expected salary? If the software sector booms, Would u change ur job?
