hi, I have given the test in Dell just one month back, it
has three rounds now.
1. Telephonic Interview (20-30min.)
2. Versant Round through an automated system (10-15min.)
3. Operational round with HR (technical- non-technical
questions)(10-15min.)
.......wait......................................
..............Offer letter.........hurray!
