much Bottile neck will consider?

We cant say when the bottle neck will going to occur untill
and unless we test it.It depends on various factors like
hardware resources ,network and application .
note:Bottleneck is slowdown its not a stoppage.Bottle can
be any factor which prevents the system in meeting the
performance targets.
