What is a user story in scrum? How does a good user story look?
Answer Posted / Renu
A User Story is a simple, informal description of one or more features from an end-user's perspective. A well-written User Story includes the following elements: 1. User (role), 2. Desires (what they want), and 3. Acceptance Criteria (how to determine when it's done). E.g., 'As a <user>, I want <desire> so that <benefit>.' The INVEST acronym can also be used to ensure the story is: Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable.
