Agility can be measured using various metrics such as: 1. Lead Time (time from the task's start to its finish). 2. Cycle Time (time spent actively working on a task). 3. Throughput (number of tasks completed per unit of time). 4. Quality (defect rate, customer satisfaction). 5. Team Velocity (average number of Story Points delivered per Sprint).
