How does agile development model differ from the waterfall model?

The Agile Development Model and the Waterfall Model are two different project management methodologies. The main difference between them is that the Waterfall Model follows a linear, sequential approach, while Agile follows an iterative and incremental approach. In the Waterfall Model, each phase has to be completed before moving to the next one. However, in Agile, teams work in short sprints (iterations) and continuously adapt based on feedback.
