How can we split the data in a table vertically or horizontally?

In QlikView, you can split data vertically (transpose) using the LOAD statement with the TRANSPOSE() function. For horizontal splitting, there's no built-in functionality, but you can achieve it by creating multiple tables and joining them accordingly.
