You can create a Navbar in Bootstrap by using the '.navbar' class and its various components such as '.navbar-brand', '.navbar-nav', '.nav-item', and '.nav-link'. To make it sticky, apply the '.navbar-expand-lg', '.navbar-light', and '.navbar-toggleable-md' classes.
