To create a new page in Magento, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Content > Pages in the Magento admin panel.
2. Click 'Add New Page'.
3. Fill out the required fields (Page Information, SEO Settings, and Design).
4. In the content area, you can add CMS blocks or custom HTML as needed.
5. Assign the page to a menu by going to Content > Menu in the admin panel, creating or editing a menu, and adding your new page to it.
6. Save the page.
