To select multiple emails in Outlook, follow these steps: 1. Click the first email to select it. 2. Press and hold the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard while clicking other emails you want to select. 3. To select all emails in a conversation, click the 'Select all conversations' link at the top of the conversation.
